You work for a company called Systems of Safety (S.O.S) which assesses and utilizes procedures to mitigate the risks in areas around the world that are prone to major natural disasters. You will work with your team of specialists to do an in depth study of a particular catastrophic event. This including researching the events leading up to the disaster and the aftermath of the disaster. Your group will then make recommendations about how risk can be reduced in the event of a similar event happening again in the future. Your findings will be presented in the form of a Photostory presentation summing up your group’s overall plan to share with the townspeople (your classmates).
